Allow Timer in Email to be set for specific amount of time

Right now the Countdown timer in the email template can only be set to countdown towards a specific date and time. I would like to be able to count down for a specific amount of time after the email is sent (e.g. 24 hours after the email sent)

We are still waiting for this simple feature. Right now I am forced to login every day and edit every single email template to adjust the date to the next one. It's annoying. Can you please do something?
