It would be GREAT to have a template we could edit in ONE vs the awful mess Shopify has for us to edit. I'd like to move all of my communication to ONE so it's all consistent. To do this, you'd need to be able to include the same variables that Shopify uses in its templates so the full information could be included for the customer.
