I'd like to be able to add multiple checkboxes to the popup so that based on the boxes selected by the customers, I can sort them into different mailing lists.

More generally, I'd like to be able to use the pop up to allow filtering customers based on their selections. Ideally, it would automatically add tags to their profile based on their selection as well.
