We're very excited to announce that merchants will be able to send to SMS subscribers that have been collected outside of our app.
When creating a broadcast, simply select "All Subscribers | on Shopify & ONE" for the recipient list and the broadcast will send to all eligible recipients!
Please note that for your first broadcast, you will need to fill out a form to verify that all of your external contacts have been collected following TCPA guidelines.
