I would like to be able to customize the CTA text customers get when they sign up via SMS. This is because, I did some tests, people didn't know how to answer with Y, so I decided to put "send" instead of "reply". Other persons simply didn't like the commercial aspect of the message so I would like to be able to customize it.

I agree. The message is too generic and presumptuous. We are not going to be sending them recurring messages. and no one these days wants to or even consents to recurring automated messages. The message is misleading since we will not be doing this to our customers. Furthermore, people who sees this message who may want to optin for us to call them will not want to opt-in because of this message. We should be allow to modify it to suit our intent as long as it complies with our country's personal and privacy laws.
