I have set up my pop up such that it allows up to 100 duplicate emails from customers who have signed up to the pop up. For some reason, when I sign up, I don't receive the email from the autoresponder associated with the pop up. I received emails on that address from this autoresponder but it suddenly shows as failed due to unknown reason in the email history tab. Kindly assist.
